Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 1st respondent to register a case and to file a final report pertaing to the complaint issued by the petitioner dated 09.03.2016 at the earliest. O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by him on 09.03.2016 and to file a final report at the earliest.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 09.03.2016, however, the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and to register an FIR. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.77 of 2016, petition enquiry is going on. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the rival submission made on both sides, the 1st respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out.

The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
