This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this by an Order dated 21.08.2019 in Crl.OP.No.20845 of 2019 that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.405 of 2019 before the concerned Magistrate at the time of executing bond.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both counsel would submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras on 08.09.2020.

3. As per the settlement agreement dated 08.09.2020, the following settlements have been arrived at between the parties 1/3

" A. The Kamal Raj petitioner/Accused agreed and paid a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- towards a portion of money due to the complainant.

B. The Complainant has also accepted the same as full and final settlement against the petitioner/accused and also promised to withdraw the complaint accordingly.

C. The Complainant has also given a letter to the Investigation Officer that not to proceed any further action against the petitioner/accused and pursue the case in connection with Crime No.405 of 2019 investigated by the Inspector of Police, E.3. Teynampet Police Station. As the matter has been settled before the Mediation/Conciliator and Alternate Dispute Resolution Centre"

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. Agreement Settlement shall part and parcel of the decree.
