ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 07.11.2016 passed in W.P.No.3254 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the contemnor submitted that the encroached portion has been removed and what lies in the area is the building, which has been given approval.

3. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is of the view that even that area is under encroachment, he can file a separate writ petition.
