(The case has been heard through video conference) When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pending this Civil Revision Petition, the suit has been disposed of by the trial Court and he would pray that the petitioner may be directed to raise all the grounds before the Appellate Court.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. The petitioner is granted liberty to raise the grounds raised in this revision before the Appellate Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
