[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The present Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to produce the petitioner's wife Smt.Maheshwari aged about 29 years and minor child Harish aged about 6 years.
2. Both the detenues are present before this Court. The detenue made a submission that she is presently living with one Mr.Marimuthu at Madurai and she is not interested in resuming matrimonial home with the petitioner.
3. We have enquired minor boy Harish aged about 6 years and he states that he is willing to stay along with his mother / detenue.
4. In view of the fact that the detenue and the minor child is not under illegal detention, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy by
approaching the Competent Court of Law.
5. With these observations, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
