ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Court dated 27.06.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.17807 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police and has already furnished sureties. He states that the petitioner and the deceased's family (defacto complainant) are from the same village. The petitioner is extremely fearful and feels her life is at risk, apprehending a threat from the deceased's family if she appears before the respondent police. Accordingly, the present petition has been filed seeking for modification.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tiruvannamalai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a

period of two weeks". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
