This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 193 days in filing of the restoration petition.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the respondents on or before 28.02.2023, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed. On payment of Rs.5,000/-, the Registry is directed to restore the Civil Revision Petition and post for final hearing on 02.03.2023.
