This petition has been filed seeking to restore the above civil revision petition by setting aside the order dated 17.09.2020.

Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the above civil revision in CRP.No.868 of 2017 which was dismissed for default on 17.09.2020 is restored.

4. The interim order granted in CRP.No.868 of 2017 is also restored.
