This application is filed to dispense with the production of the original arbitral award dated 21.11.2020.

2. The applicant has stated that in paragraph-14 of the affidavit in support of the application that he was not provided with the original award. Accordingly, a photo copy of the award was enclosed. In these facts and circumstances, this application is liable to be allowed.
