This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21593 of 2022 dated 14.09.2022 passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21593 of 2022 dated 14.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Judge under EC and NDPS Act in Cr.No.283 of 2022 on the first working day of every month for a period of 2 months and thereafter on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P.No.15852 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21593 of 2022 the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
