ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report No. RC2182022A0007 dated 01.06.2022.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that, with respect to all five petitioners ( namely T.Ravindran, S.Gouri Shankara Rao, S.Subramanian, R.K.Mitra, Geetha Nagarajan) who were hitherto shown as accused in the First Information Report, action has been dropped and they are not shown as accused in the final report that has been filed.

3. In view thereof, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this Criminal Original Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 03.07.2025 2/2 nsl 2/3
