This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21457 of 2022 on 07.09.2022, by staying at Madurai and report before Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Madurai every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
