Common Prayer: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif, Ambattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.Nos.445, 443 & 444 of 2013 the trial to be taken by day to day basis and fixed the stipulated time of period to be disposed.

: Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed, seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Ambattur, to dispose of O.S.Nos.445, 443 & 444 of 2013.
2. The petitioners/plaintiffs in all the suits have filed a suit for bare injunction.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer made in these revisions, this Court is inclined to dispose of these revisions, even without notice to the respondents.
4. The perusal of the E-Court entry furnished by the Petitioners would suggest, the evidence of the plaintiffs were closed on 07.10.2021 and the matters were adjourned for recording evidence of the respondents/defendants. From October-2021 onwards, the suits have been adjourned from time to time without any progress. Still the suits are posted for examination of the defendants' witnesses. The last entry on 10.10.2022 would suggest, so far, no witness has been examined on behalf of the respondents/defendants.
5. In these facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of O.S.Nos.445, 443 & 444 of 2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
