Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to evict the fourth respondent from Old S.No.96, New T.S.No.3 to 12 measuring 4625 sq. mtr classified as "kulam" at Panruti Town under due process of law and restore the same to the possession of the second respondent for it to maintain the same making adequate measures for drainage of rain water.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has obtained additional information after having made the representation dated 19.7.2016 to the Tahsildar/respondent No.3. The petitioner thus is at liberty to file more comprehensive representation and on such representation being filed, respondent No.3 will take a decision in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of three months of the receipt of such representation.

2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
