This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.17553 of 2024 vide order dated 24.07.2024, viz.,the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months.

Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is complete and taking into consideration other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the aforesaid condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that he/she shall report before the Trial Court on every first working day of English calendar month for a period of three months.
