Tr.C.M.P.No.981 of 2021 P.T.ASHA.J., This matter is posted today (03.03.2023) under the caption "for being mentioned" to clarify the paragraph No.5 of the order dated 21.04.2022, wherein the Court has been wrongly mentioned as "transferred to the file of the III Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai". This error has crept in only on account of the Court has wrongly been mentioned by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. However, both the parties who are now before this Court would submit that the matter is pending before the III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai. Accordingly, the same is corrected and paragraph 5 of the order shall read as "transferred to the file of the III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

3. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh corrected copy of the order to the parties.

4. In all other aspects, the earlier order dated 21.04.2022 shall remain unaltered.
