This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the above revision case on 08.02.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent/police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for the past eight months without fail.
