This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the judgment dated 23.01.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Namakkal in CC.No.465 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 37 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
