ORDER

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore to dispose of the trial in C.C.No.14 of 2015 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein has been arrayed as second accused in C.C.No.14 of 2015. He further submits that the petitioner is nothing to do with the alleged offence and due to the criminal case, he is facing stigma in the society. Hence, he prays for early disposal of the case in C.C.No.14 of 2015. 3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, since all the accused have been appeared before the trial Court, I am of the view, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case as early as possible. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.14 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent police is directed to produce the witnesses as directed by the trial Court.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
