ORDER

The petitioners have come forward with this petition for modification of the condition imposed by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.566 of 2016, dated 04.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, a condition was imposed by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- each towards the damages caused to the credit of Crime No.15 of 2016 on the file of the Karamadai Police Station. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the said condition is onerous and therefore, the petitioners seek for modification of the said condition.

4. Considering the gravity of the offences and also taking into consideration the fact that since the petitioners have caused damages to the tune of Rs.2,00,000/-, the learned trial Judge has rightly imposed a condition directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.15 of 2016. Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.566 of 2016, dated 04.03.2016. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Jrl s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS-VI) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To
