The writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take necessary action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.12.2016 and provide adequate police protection enabling the petitioner to take back the 319 bags of seeded Tamarind weighing 18,320 Kgs from the cold storage of the 3rd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the prayer of the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
