This is a petition to condone the delay of 2,279 days in representing above CMA SR No.29814 of 2013.
2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 2,279 days stands condoned and this petition is ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Hon'ble Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Relief Fund (COVID-19) through online, within a period of two weeks from today. On production of acknowledgment of Receipt regarding the payment of above cost, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. However, it is made clear that the petitioner is not entitled for any interest for the delay period of 2,279 days.
