The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the certified copy of the order in question, has already been filed before the Court below and therefore, it could not be obtained immediately, hence, the learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court to dispense with the certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 20.04.2018 in R.C.O.P.No.31/2008.

2.Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the reason stated, the dispense with petition is ordered, on condition that, at a later point of time the certified copy of the document be obtained and to be produced before this Court.
