This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 1 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had cheated 140 victims to the tune of Rs.17,25,05,000/- by giving false promise as they will give Rs.100 return for every one rupee investment. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. As per the prosecution, the petitioner has committed similar offence in Kerala and he is having two previous cases. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
