PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent police to conduct further investigation in Crime No.527 of 2018 (C.C.No.3103 of 2019) and file additional charge sheet to recover the amount of Rs.7,21,750/- from the accused and also take necessary steps to secure the co-accused (2nd accused) of the said case, within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed on 04.09.2019.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.
