Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition impsoed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8165/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14574/2020 dated 27.08.2021 that they should report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter to appear before the court concerned on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 am and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8165 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14574 of 2020 on 27.08.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
