2. This Court is prima facie satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for dispensing with the production of original award copy dated 26.05.2025.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. However, liberty is granted to the respondent to raise all objections whenever the respondent enters appearance with regard to the limitation. No costs.

4. Registry is directed to number the main OP filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, if the same is otherwise in order, and list it for admission.
