ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take necessary and further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.09.2019 vide in C.S.R.No.90 of 2019 dated 01.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after enquiry the petitioner's complaint was registered in Crime No.164/2019 under Sections 147, 447, 506(i) and Section 7(1) (b) of the Protection of Civil Rights Act, 1955.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
