This petition is filed to condone the delay of 101 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.P.Sudalaiyandi, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 101 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
