This petition is listed under the Caption "For being spoken to" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking modification of the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.1482/2018 dated 19.08.2021.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed in support of this petition.

3. The petitioner seeks modification of the order insofar as payment of maintenance is concerned. The order was passed by this Court on merits.

4. Such being the case in view of the bar envisaged u/s 362 Cr.P.C, this Court cannot make any modification in the passed on merits except for correcting the clerical/typographical errors. Therefore, the prayer sought for cannot be entertained.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
