a)For specific performance of the Memorandum of Agreement dated 16.06.2022 executed between the plaintiff and the first defendant; alternatively for a direction to the first defendant to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- together with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from the date of the suit till the date of realisation;
