The above Applications have been filed by the different third parties and workers for a direction directing the Official Liquidator for bringing the properties of the Company in liquidation for sale.

2. The learned Official Liquidator submits that an application in A.No.14 of 2023 has been filed seeking permission of this Court to bring the properties for sale. Therefore, all the above applications have become infructuous.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the learned Official Liquidator filed the application for bringing the properties for sale, the above applications may be closed as nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Recording the submissions made on either side, these applications are dismissed as infructuous.
