This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.175 of 2015 on the file of the fourth respondent police, for offences under Sections 364, 302 r/w.201 of IPC and 174(3) Cr.P.c as against the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
