This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.22606 of 2022 on 19.09.2022 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, B2 Esplanade Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Additional Mahila Court, Krishnagiri on the 1st working day of December, 2022 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the respondent police till the victim and PW1 are examined.
