This petition is filed to condone the delay of 342 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Ananda Kumar, learned Government Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.P.J.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel for the respondents.

The delay is 342 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 342 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
