(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to accept the cause title incorporating the original authority as the first respondent, apart from the second respondent, whose order is under challenge in the present Tax Case appeal.

2. Heard Mr.A.S.Sriraman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant.

3. We perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that since the first respondent herein is the jurisdictional Assessing Officer, it is necessary to include the said officer as a party to the present proceedings and therefore the present petition came to be filed.
