Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent bearing Lr.No.CE/NCES/SE/SOLAR/EE/SCB/AEE3/F, Policy issuePLF/D.540/17 dated 14.06.2017 and quash the same as being arbitrary, illegal, violative of the principles of natural justice besides being violative of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the orders of the Hon'ble Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission and consequently direct the respondents to release the payments in full and in a timely manner and release the interest on delayed payments.
