2. The learned APP has served notice to the respondent.

However, none appeared on his behalf.

3. The affidavit filed in support of this petition has been perused and on being satisfied with reasons stated therein, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and also to print the name of the respondent in the cause list.
