This petition has been filed to restore the Writ Petition in W.P.No.26906 of 2011 which was dismissed for non prosecution by this Court on 11.01.2013.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to sudden death of the father of counsel appearing for the petitioner, he could not be represented and hence, the Writ Petition has been dismissed for non prosecution.

Hence, prays to restore the Writ Petition which has been dismissed for non prosecution.

Having regard to submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
