ORDER

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned District Judge, Thiruvallur, to dispose of the trial in C.A.No.35 of 2015 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.102 of 2005. After investigation, a charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.233 of 2006, which was ended in conviction on 27.03.2015. He further submits that challenging the said conviction, A3 and A4 preferred C.A.No.35 of 2015, which has been pending on the file of the District Court, Thiruvallur and now it has been posted for arguments. Therefore, he prays for early disposal of the case in C.A.No.35 of 2015. 3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the second and third respondents is dispensed with.

5.In view of the submissions made on both sides, the learned District Judge, Thiruvallur, is directed to dispose of C.A.No.35 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving fair opportunity to both sides.

6.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
