ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 15.02.2012 and direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner's daughter in any suitable post on the compassionate ground.

It is the case of the writ petitioner that her husband, who was working in the Respondent Bank died in harness on 17.08.2011 and the petitioner made an application on 15.02.2012 seeking appointment for the petitioner's daughter Saranya, i.e., within a period of three years which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Considering the limited relief as sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 15.02.2012 for compassionate appointment and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
