This petition has been filed to substitute the writ petitioner therein consequent to the death of the writ petitioner. Since the relationship cannot be either denied or disputed, petition stands allowed.

2. Registry may carry out necessary amendment indicating the death of the writ petitioner and substituting in the place of the writ petitioner, Senniyappa Gounder, Baby, Rajan, Dhandapani and Kanakaraj, as petitioners.
