Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2021 and remove the encroachment of the 7th respondent staged in his Iron Board in the name and style of Dr.Ambedkar Reading Center situated in front of the petitioner's house property situated at Chinnakallapadi Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk and District in Survey No.49/3, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.L.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the

respondents 1 to 4 & 6 and Mr.P.R.Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the fifth respondent.

2. It is alleged that the seventh respondent has encroached the road.

3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that survey would be conducted on the subject property and depending upon the survey report, further action would be taken.

4. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
