The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the arbitration, which is the subject matter of this application has been ordered to be stayed pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 21.06.2024 in C.R.P.No.2794 of 2024. In view of the above, at this stage, the extension sought for in this application cannot be granted. The learned counsel for the applicant is not pressing this application for the present and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
