This application is filed seeking permission to the applicant to file the additional documents described in the schedule.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that all these documents are original documents. These documents have been inadvertently omitted to be filed along with the suit.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent opposed this application, on the ground that there is a discrepancy in the date of the Document No.2 i.e., Memorandum of Agreement. In the body of the affidavit, it is stated that this agreement was executed on 15.07.2022 and in the prayer paragraph also the date is mentioned as 15.07.2022.

4. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the date is wrongly typed as 15.07.2022 and the Memorandum of Agreement was entered on 15.07.2002.

5. This Court finds that the Memorandum of Agreement was entered on 15.07.2002. Therefore, the mistake is only because of a 'typographical mistake' and that can be ignored.

6. Considering the circumstances stated in the affidavit and satisfied with the reasons, this application is allowed.

7. The Registry is directed to send this matter to the concerned learned Additional Master for recording evidence.
