ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed, challenging the docket order dated 04.03.2021 permitting the power agent of the respondent to conduct the case on behalf of the respondent in RLTOP.No.198 of 2021. The main RLTOP was presented by the respondent through power agent along with main OP. He also filed an application seeking leave of the Court, permitting the power agent to represent the respondent in the OP proceedings.
2. Having satisfied with the reasons given by the respondent, the Court below was pleased to allow the said petition in MP.No.1 of 2021 by impugned order. Thereafter, notice was issued to the respondent in the main OP, namely, the petitioner before this Court.
3. After having entered appearance, if the petitioner feels the order recognizing the power agent is erroneous, it is for him to file appropriate application before the Court below to set aside or recall the 2/4
order permitting the power agent of the respondent to conduct the case on behalf of the respondent. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition challenging the order recognizing the power is not maintainable and the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Court below, if so desired.
