ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition for quashing the summons issued under Sections 160 and 91 Cr.P.C. directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the basis of the complaint given by one Shri.Sankalp Malhotra stating that it is civil in nature.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the typed set of papers.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Shri.Sankalp Malhotra, C.No.1004 of 2015 has been assigned. He further submitted that for enquiry, summons were issued and after obtaining necessary opinion from the learned Public Prosecutor, enquiry has been closed. He would also submit that there is no necessity for appearance of the petitioner.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that already petition enquiry has been closed in C.No.1004 of 2015 on the complaint given by one Shri.Sankalp Malhotra and the presence of the petitioner is not required, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
