ORDER
This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed in judgment dated 14.03.2025 passed in Spl.SC No.37/2018 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, 2012 Vellore and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the aforesaid appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3.The petitioner had committed a very serious and heinous offence against the minor victim and he fails to make out a prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on him.
