This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner appeal made on 31.07.2023 for to cancel/delete the entry dated 13.10.2020 in his service register and give increment to him in accordance with law and procedure. 2.

The grievance of the writ petition is that he has filed an appeal for removing the entries in his service records with regard to the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner. According to the petitioner, he has already been exonerated in the departmental proceedings. However, the entries in his service records initiation of departmental proceedings is still reflected. In this regard, he has already filed an appeal on 31.07.2023 to delete the entry dated 13.10.2020. Hence, seeks a direction to dispose of the appeal within the time that maybe fixed by this Court.

3. Since, limited relief sought in this Writ Petition, the respondent 2/4

is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
