This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 58 days in filing the criminal appeal against the conviction judgment dated 14.03.2025 passed in Spl.SC.No.37 of 2018 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 58 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
